Let’s be clear: this post is pure self indulgence. The average American attention span is six seconds. 87% of statistics found in blogs are made up on the spot.
It is really hard to get the attention of most consumers today. We are all subjected to near constant stimuli. But when something REALLY grabs our attention, we take notice. Sometimes you simply have to test and test again to find out what works.
1) Did the video make you laugh?
2) Did you watch the whole thing?
3) At any point did you say to yourself: “Like the music…”
4) If no, how far did you make it?
5) If yes, what was it that eventually diverted the cat’s attention.
NOTE: No water was harmed in the making of this video. (How far into the video before you had that thought?)

I made it to the end. But only cause I cheated and looked at the questions. I had a really hard time after the first 60 seconds though.
